Amerapex Corporation is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Cushing, OK

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Office Assistant will assist the Office Manager with day-to-day data entry and analytical data collected for specific projects. The incumbent will exhibit advanced attention to detail and follow through to effectively support the team. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Diligently and correctly enter data collected by our product line managers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and data
  • Heavy data entry
  • Collect and confirm the information given.
  • Resolving discrepancies with clear, concise, and professional communication
  • Respond promptly and ensure resolution to all management, client, and vendor inquiries
  • Assist with the collection of expense report data.
  • Sorts and files documents after processing.
  • Composes, prepares, and proofreads correspondence provided and reports findings adequately.
  • Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner including updating information, purging files regularly, and creating new filing systems as needed.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties or projects as needed
The description of duties is not intended to be all-inclusive or to limit the discretionary authority of the management to assign other tasks with similar responsibility for which the individual has demonstrated competency through performance.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office - particularly Excel;
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Must have a positive attitude and work well with others;
  • Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Able to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer;
  • Able to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions;
  • Able to lift and carry files weighing up to 5 pounds;
JOB TYPE: Direct hire basis. Benefit eligible after completing 30 days of employment. Rich benefits packages are available such as health & welfare insurance, 401k profit-sharing plan, life insurance, etc.
